Description

Cilia Brow Primer: is the perfect product to prepare the eyebrows before applying the other brow products including brow henna. It has been formulated using the finest quality ingredients derived from natural sources and does not contain alcohol.

Instructions: spray the primer twice on the eyebrows making sure that the entire length of the eyebrows is covered; wipe off the eyebrows with cotton so that the complete area around the eyebrows gets cleaned.
